SavageCitizenMusic™ was founded by Charles Cole during his time incarcerated in the Arizona Department of Corrections. Locked up for multiple charges and having been sentenced to over 25 years at the age of 22 years old, he decided there had to be more to life. Understanding the meaning of how to turn something negative into a positive became his goal.

More than just music, this company promotes a way to view life. There are always two ways to look at things and it's key to remember that everything we see may not be as it seems. Some of the most savage individuals in the world wear suits and control who lives and who dies without ever having to face a day of scrutiny or persecution.

Meanwhile in our community, there are countless underprivileged individuals who face prosecution and are labeled "criminals" or "gang members" because they acted as citizens that had to survive through the only ways provided by their environment. Both parties play the same game of life with the same rules and might be one in the same, depending on who donates back to the community and who accepts the chances to change for the better when the opportunities arise.
Charles Cole, whose artist name is CharZard™, has graduated with an Associates in Arts through a college scholarship. He chooses to help the most fragile, vulnerable, chemically imbalanced, and temperamental individuals who have been neglected and discriminated against because of what a majority sees as wrong. Through expression of the soul, people change and can find their true calling maximizing their full potential. SavageCitizenMusic™ sponsors creativity and personal growth by any means possible. To talk about what has happened or the way we feel through music is a release from what we hold inside. Every night there is a new day and every day we return to the night in hopes that tomorrow will be better. At least that's what we feel when you find yourself in a desert with no way out.
Char's music is a reflection of his life experiences and his passion for music. He believes that music has the power to bring people together and inspire positive change. His unique sound creates a one-of-a-kind listening experience for his fans.
